Tombola’s The Place To Be
Since the launch of their Emmerdale sponsorship, Tombola have already been nominated for three awards by the eGaming Review Awards 2009. Tombola is very proud of their online bingo community and really wanted to show this off in their sponsorship bumpers so they invited players to star in them. After over 700 applications those players lucky enough to be chosen were invited down to a London studio to take part in the shoot.
Players were taken to the ‘Green Room’ on the day of the shoot. There they enjoyed a plethora of entertainment including massages, a professional photographer, a Nintendo Wii console, a caricature artist and numerous refreshments. As players were called to debut in front of the big cameras they went to wardrobe and makeup and then did their thing, whether it was giggling, juggling or even walking the dog!
The best thing was that Tombola players had a blast. An avid Tombola player yogib said “I would just like to say a huge thank you to everyone who was involved in the filming. What a wonderful day! I really, really enjoyed myself and managed to meet a wonderful group of people. Thank you, it will definitely be a day I will always remember."
