Gemini is an air sign of mutable quality, so natives of this sign show considerable adaptability and versatility. Gemini is represented by the symbol of the twins and they thrive on mental stimulation and have a need to gather disseminate facts and trivia. Often known to be chatterboxes, Geminis find it easy to strike up a conversation about anything in particular and can be very charming. They love to think, talk, and debate, and the one thing that they cannot deal with is silence. They have a thirst for information and need to discover what other people think and why.

Geminis are very sociable creatures, and love to experience things from all possible perspectives. They are very witty and entertaining, making great conversationalists, although they tend to make good acquaintances rather than be good friends. Geminis are never dull and are playful by nature.
They also have an interesting duality for their nature can be contradictory, elusive and complex. They can also be perceived as being two faced and flighty at times.
